Cancellation / Refund Change Of Date Policy

At Mai Island Ride, we understand that sometimes plans need to be adjusted. We strive to accommodate such changes with minimal hassle. Here’s our detailed cancellation policy:

Booking Payment:

To secure your booking for our Fiji Motorcycle Tour, choose from two payment options:

• Full tour price paid upfront.
• A 20% deposit during booking, with the remaining balance payable 45 days prior to your travel date.
  Cancellation and Refunds:

Full Refund:

Cancel at least 35 days before your scheduled travel date for a full refund.

50% Refund:

Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than one day before your travel date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total tour cost.

Date Change:

You can request to change the date of your travel at least 35 days before the initially scheduled travel date. This is subject to availability and potential changes in tour pricing.

Notification:

All cancellations or requests to change travel dates must be emailed to info@maiislandride.com.fj

For both cancellations and changes in travel dates, we suggest considering travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. We aim to maintain a fair balance between accommodating your needs and managing our tours efficiently. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
